Mojito - Calorie Conscious

You'll love this light and limey libation! Myers's Platinum Rum over muddled mint, lime juice and zero calorie sweetener. On the rocks with a splash of soda... a guilt-free indulgence!

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Myers's Platinum Rum
  • 7 Leaf(s) fresh mint
  • 1 oz. Lime
  • 1 1/2 Packets zero calorie sweetener
  • 3 oz. Top soda water

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bar glass muddle together the mint, lime juice, and the sugar substitute
  2. Add in the rum and shake with ice
  3. Strain into an ice filled collins glass
  4. Top with soda water
  5. Garnish with lime wedges and/or mint.

Alcohol content: 0.8 fl oz. per serve
