The spicy notes in Don Julio Blanco are brought to the fore in this delicious, spicy, tea-based cocktail.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Don Julio Blanco
  • 1 oz. Agave syrup
  • .25 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • 1.5 oz. Ginger hibiscus tea (cold: 3-4 minute infusion)
  • 2 thumbnail of ginger
  • Orange zest
  • Martini glass

PREPARATION

  1. Muddle the ginger in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add all ingredients with ice, shake to mix
  3. Double strain into a chilled martini glass 
  4. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 0.4 fluid oz. per serve.
