Light and long, but full of flavour: instant refreshment and a session drink.

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Haig Club
  • 10 ml Runny honey
  • 2 Lemon wedges
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • Top with club soda

PREPARATION:

  1. Muddle the lemon wedges in a highball glass
  2. Fill glass full with crushed ice
  3. Add liquid ingredients and mint leaves
  4. Churn vigorously to mix then add more crushed ice to fill glass
  5. Top with club soda
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest and a sprig of mint.

Alcohol content: 15.8g per serve
