The lillet blanc and earthy sage complement the powerful, spicy maritime flavours of Talisker Skye.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Talisker Skye
  • 1.5 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 3 Sage Leaves
  • Sage leaf
  • Coupette
  • No ice

PREPARATION

  1. Slap the sage and add to a mixing glass along with the other ingredients and ice
  2. Stir until chilled, strain and garnish.

Alcohol content: 0.6 fluid oz. per serve.
