This retro tipple is flippin' brilliant! A combo of Tanqueray London Dry Gin, almond liqueur, cream, one egg and cinnamon clove bitters. Served shaken on the rocks...the ultimate cool n' creamy cocktail!

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 15 ml Almond liqueur
  • 25 ml Cream
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • 5 Dashes cinnamon clove bitters

PREPARATION:

  1. Shake all ingredients without ice to aerate the egg
  2. Add ice
  3. Shake
  4. Strain
  5. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
