Go glam with the Hayworth! A sensational blend of George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whisky, white pepper syrup, lemon and cassis. Served with a hard cider float and white pepper raspberries...irresistible!

RECIPE

  • 25 ml George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whisky
  • 10 ml White pepper syrup
  • 10 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml Cassis liqueur
  • 15 ml Hard dry cider
  • 1-2 Whole white pepper raspberries

PREPARATION:

  1. Chill a cocktail glass
  2. Add all the ingredients except the cider in a cocktail shaker with ice
  3. Shake vigorously
  4. Strain into the cocktail glass
  5. Float the cider and garnish with raspberries
  6. Place fresh raspberries in white pepper syrup for at least 24 hours to flavour.

Alcohol content: 11.5g per serve
