Master Distiller Tom Nichol's personal fav! Tanqueray No. Ten Gin chilled with grapefruit, orange juice, fresh lemon and lime and chamomile simple syrup. Served straight up it's a sublime citrus sensation!

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
  • 10 ml Grapefruit juice
  • 10 ml Orange juice
  • 10 ml Lime juice
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Chamomile simple syrup

PREPARATION:

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, add all juices, syrup and Tanqueray No
  2. TEN Gin
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass
  4. Chamomile Syrup: ��__��� 1 pint strong chamomile tea ��__��� 1 pint demerara sugar ��__��� 3-4 Wide orange peels Brew the tea and sweeten with demerara sugar
  5. Zest with orange peels
  6. Chill.
