Ingredients
- 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 75ml Elderflower Tonic
- 6 Chunks Of Fresh Cucumber
Glassware
- Highball
Ice
- Cubed
Garnish
- Cucumber Slices
Instructions:
1. Muddle the fresh cucumber with Smirnoff No.21 and lime juice in a highball glass
2. Add ice and stir well
3. Top up the mixture with elderflower tonic
4. Garnish with two fresh cucumber slices

PINK SODA SPRITZ

1. Add the Smirnoff No.21, Dry Rosé and lemon juice to a gin balloon with ice
2. Stir well until combined
3. Top up with pink soda

- 15ml Triple Sec
- 25ml Strawberry Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice 5 Drops of Foamer

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a Boston Tin with ice
2. Shake well
3. Double strain into a cold coupe glass
