Freshly squeezed juice with pectinase enzyme and shaking works to magically clarify your Margarita.

Recipe

  • 45ml Don Julio 70
  • 30ml Curacao
  • 15 ml Clarified Lime juice
  • 20ml Clarified Pineapple
  • Garnish: Salt Rim and Lime Wheel
  • Glass: Rocks Glass

Preparation

  1. Prepare a rocks glass with a salt rim
  2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  3. Add ice and shake passionately
  4. Strain into glass over ice
  5. Garnish with a Lime Wheel
