70 Negroni

The citrus zest serves to brighten and balance the flavours and aromas of the the vermouths.

Recipe

  • 30 ml Don Julio 70
  • 30 ml Aecorn Dry Aperitif or Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 20 ml Cocchi Americano
  • 10 ml Dolin de Chambery Dry White Vermouth
  • Garnish: Pink Grapefruit Zest
  • Glass: Rocks Glass

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a rocks glass
  2. Fill glass with cubed premium ice. Stir for 20 seconds
  3. Garnish with grapefruit zest

Alcohol content: 21.9g per serve
