Ingredients

  • 30ml

    Talisker 10-Year-Old Scotch Whisky

  • 75ml

    Hot Water

  • 40ml

    Honey

  • 20ml

    Lemon Juice

  • 3

    Bay Leaves (Garnish)

  • 1

    Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)

  • 1

    Star Anise (Garnish)

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Heat Honey, Lemon Juice, Water and Spices in a pot.
    2. Bring to a boil and let simmer for ten minutes.
    3. Add 30ml of Talisker into mugs, and strain in the mixture.
    4. Garnish with Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise.
