
A Mojito with serious fire in its belly, made with Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, mint, lime and soda.
RECIPE
- 45ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
- 45ml soda water
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml sugar
- 10 mint leaves
- Lime wedge/mint sprig
- Highball Glass
- Crushed Ice
PREPARATION
- Add all the ingredients to a tankard glass, clapping the mint to release its aroma
- ¾ fill the glass with crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon to mix
- Top with crushed ice
- Garnish and serve.
