Bell's Whisky Penicillin

This delicious modern classic takes ginger and honey, and blends them seamlessly with Bell's Whisky, with a smoky drizzle of Lagavulin.

RECIPE

  • 50ml Bell's Whisky
  • 3 slices fresh ginger
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml Honey syrup
  • 12.5ml Lagavulin 16
  • Candied ginger
  • Rocks glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Muddle the ginger in the base of a cocktail shaker
  2. Fill with ice, add the blended Scotch, lemon and honey syrup and shake to mix
  3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass full with ice, layer the Lagavulin on the surface
  4. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 20g per serve.
