    Lemon Juice

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Shake all the ingredients except the Pear Syrup with ice.
    2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
    3. Pour the Pear Syrup down the edge of the glass.
    4. Garnish with a Lime Wheel.
