
Don Julio Blanco Tequila with spiced citrus liqueur, aperitif bitters and raspberry puree. On the rocks with a splash of club soda it's a bubbly and bright singular sensation.
RECIPE
- 25 ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila
- 10 ml Spiced citrus liqueur
- 10 ml Aperitif bitters
- 25 ml Cranberry juice
- 70 ml Club soda
- 15 ml Raspberry puree
PREPARATION:
- Combine Don Julio Blanco Tequila, spiced citrus liqueur, aperitif bitters, raspberry puree and cranberry juice in a shaker
- Shake well
- Strain into an ice filled rocks glass
- Top with the club soda
- Garnish with a lime wedge and half salt.
