Tanqueray is mixed with Blackberry, bitter lemon and sparkling wine in this delicious Bramble twist.

RECIPE

  • 25ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 25ml Crème de Mure (alternatively Chambord)
  • 75ml Bitter lemon
  • 75ml Sparkling wine
  • Lemon wedge (optional blackberry)
  • Wine glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large wine glass full with ice
  2. Stir gently to mix
  3. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 22.9g per serve.
