Ciroc Spring Spice
A pop of heat from jalapeÍ±o balanced by basil, celery bitters, fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Cîroc Red Berry adds yet another dimension producing a cocktail that is discerning and unique.
- 50 ml Cîroc Red Berry
- 25 ml Lime juice
- 0.5 Simple syrup
- 5 Basil leaves
- 1 Wheel sliced jalapeño
- 3 Dashes celery bitters
- In a mixing tin muddle basil, jalapeño, and celery bitters
- Add simple syrup, lime juice and Cîroc Red Berry
- Pack with ice and give a long, hard shake
- Double strain into a old fashion glass with ice, and garnish with a basil leaf.
