Preparation
- To make the Soda Water, combine Jasmine Tea and Elderflower Cordial.
- Charge with Carbon Monoxide and chill on Ice.
- Create a horse's neck garnish using an entire Zest of Lemon and put it into a glass.
- Fill a Highball Glass with Ice, add Ketel One Citroen and top up with Homemade Soda.
- Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
