A warm, rich cocktail with a beautiful, malty character and topped with nutmeg.
METHOD
30ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
60ml Guinness Foreign Extra Stout
30ml Bordeaux style wine
10ml Demerara syrup
1 teaspoon Allspice Dram Liqueur
Grated nutmeg
PREPARATION:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the whisky in a saucepan and heat the liquid.
2. Pour into a preheated glass and add Johnnie Walker Whisky to the top.
3. Grate with fresh nutmeg and enjo
