Don Repo Paloma

Fresh, fragrant cilantro figures prominently in Mexican cuisine and differentiates the Don Julio Reposado Paloma. The cilantro leaves pairs beautifully with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice.

Recipe

  • 50ml Don Julio Blanco
  • 30ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ml Lime
  • 15ml Agave Syrup
  • 90ml Club Soda
  • Garnish: Cilantro Leaves & Salted Grapefruit
  • Glass: Collins Glass

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Fill completely with ice and shake passionate
  3. Strain into glass and top with soda
  4. Garnish with slice of Grapefruit and Cilantro
