
A twist on a classic French 75 with Cîroc Vodka, fresh lemon juice, sweet wine and sugar - delicious!
Recipe
- 30ml Cîroc Vodka
- 15ml Sweet wine
- 15ml Fresh lemon juice
- 5ml Sugar
- 12 Grapes
Preparation:
- Add grapes to soda siphon and charge with carbon dioxide. Leave for an hour to rest
- Into a shaker combine lemon juice, sweet wine, Cîroc Vodka, sugar and shake well
- Single strain into a chilled champagne flute and top up with champagne
- Dispense carbonated grapes from siphon and garnish cocktail with 3 grapes.
