Recipe
- 50ml Haig Club
- 35ml sparkling apple soda
- 6 dashes of Ginger bitters
- Slice of root ginger
Preparation:
- Generously fill a highball or tumbler with ice cubes.
- Pour 50ml Haig Club and 35ml sparkling apple soda.
- Add 6 dashes of ginger bitters.
- Garnish with a long slice of root ginger to finish.
