A fresh, fizzy way to enjoy Dalwhinnie 15, with flowery elderflower liqueur.

RECIPE

  • 50ml Dalwhinnie 15
  • 12.5ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Top with soda
  • Lemon zest
  • Highball glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all the ingredients to a highball glass, fill with ice
  2. Stir to mix, garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 16.9g per serve.
