
Tanqueray is mixed hot with honey and lemon in this delicious warming classic.
RECIPE
- 50 ml Tanqueray Gin
- 25 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Honey
- Pinch powdered cinnamon
- Pinch powdered ginger
- Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 cloves
- Boiling water to fill
- Cinnamon stick / star anise
- Heatproof glass
- No ice (serve hot)
PREPARATION:
- Add all the ingredients to a pre-warmed heatproof glass,
- Stir to mix
- Garnish with cinnamon stick.
- Serve
