Cast off for the islands, it's time for grog! A combo of Myers's Platinum Rum with ginger and amaretto liqueurs and fresh lime. Served on the rocks with a splash of ginger beer...next stop: Jamaica!

RECIPE

  • 25 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
  • 10 ml Ginger liqueur
  • 10 ml Amaretto liqueur
  • 50 ml Ginger beer
  • 15 ml Lime
  • 15 ml Orgeat syrup

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine Myers's Platinum Rum, ginger liqueur, amaretto, lime and orgeat syrup in a shaker with ice
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into an ice filled collins glass
  4. Top with the ginger beer or club soda
  5. Garnish with a sugar cane and/or lime wheel.
