
Cast off for the islands, it's time for grog! A combo of Myers's Platinum Rum with ginger and amaretto liqueurs and fresh lime. Served on the rocks with a splash of ginger beer...next stop: Jamaica!
RECIPE
- 25 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
- 10 ml Ginger liqueur
- 10 ml Amaretto liqueur
- 50 ml Ginger beer
- 15 ml Lime
- 15 ml Orgeat syrup
PREPARATION:
- Combine Myers's Platinum Rum, ginger liqueur, amaretto, lime and orgeat syrup in a shaker with ice
- Shake well
- Strain into an ice filled collins glass
- Top with the ginger beer or club soda
- Garnish with a sugar cane and/or lime wheel.
