Indulge in this glamorous vintage tipple! Myers's Platinum Rum chilled with fresh lemon, sour cherry liqueur and egg white powder. Shaken till foamy and served over a layer of hibiscus syrup...divine!


  • 50 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
  • 25 ml Lemon
  • 0.75 Bar spoons simple syrup
  • 1 Splash(s) sour cherry liqueur
  • 1 tsp Egg White Powder
  • 10 ml Hibiscus syrup


  1. Combine Myers's Platinum Rum, lemon, simple syrup, sour cherry liqueur and egg white powder in a shaker glass with ice
  2. Shake well and strain through a fine strainer into a chilled martini glass
  3. Sink the hibiscus syrup
  4. Garnish with a hibiscus flower stuffed with an maraschino cherry.
