Jinzu pairs deliciously with Asian Plum wine, and dry vermouth.

RECIPE

  • 50ml Jinzu
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth
  • 5ml Umeshu Plum Wine or Sweet White Wine
  • Lemon twist
  • Martini glass
  • No ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
  2. Stir and strain into a martini glass
  3. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 18.4g per serve.
