
Jinzu pairs deliciously with Asian Plum wine, and dry vermouth.
RECIPE
- 50ml Jinzu
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 5ml Umeshu Plum Wine or Sweet White Wine
- Lemon twist
- Martini glass
- No ice
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir and strain into a martini glass
- Garnish and serve.
