- 50ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve
- 30ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml (3/4 dashes) of Egg white
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- Add all ingredients in a shaker without ice
- Dry shake them together to emulsify the egg whites
- Add ice in the shaker and shake vigorously
- Strain in a rocks glass full of ice cubes.
