Enjoy the creamy Johnnie Walker Gold Label, with a touch of sugar, lemon and egg white.

Recipe

  • 50ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve
  • 30ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml (3/4 dashes) of Egg white
  • 10ml Sugar syrup

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker without ice
  2. Dry shake them together to emulsify the egg whites
  3. Add ice in the shaker and shake vigorously
  4. Strain in a rocks glass full of ice cubes.
