    Cucumber Juice

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Line a Collins Glass with Cucumber Slices and Cubed Ice.
    2. Shake all ingredients with Ice.
    3. Strain in the ice-filled Collins Glass.
    4. Bruise Lemongrass Stalk and stir the drink with it.
    5. Garnish with Cucumber Slices and Ginger Coin.
