
RECIPE:
- 50ml Bourbon
- 10ml Sweet vermouth
- 10ml Dry vermouth
- 1-2 Dashes cocktail bitters
- Martini glass
- No ice
PREPARATION:
- Add ice into a mixing glass
- Chill a cocktail glass and set to the side
- Stir the ice in the mixing glass and strain the water
- Add Sweet vermouth, Dry vermouth, Bourbon and cocktail bitter and stir well
- Strain into the chilled cocktail glass
- Prepare a lemon peel and twist over the cocktail glass.
