Mulled Haig

When it's snowing outside, but you're by the fireside, this warming Haig Club cocktail balances rich fruits and gentle spice.


  • 25 ml Haig Club
  • 1 Clove
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 10 ml Orange juice
  • 10 ml Simple syrup
  • 5 ml creme de cassis
  • 15 ml Tawny port


  1. Add ingredients in a tankard
  2. Top up with boiling water
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon quill and/or a dehydrated orange zest.

Alcohol content: 11g per serve
