
When it's snowing outside, but you're by the fireside, this warming Haig Club cocktail balances rich fruits and gentle spice.
RECIPE
- 25 ml Haig Club
- 1 Clove
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 10 ml Orange juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 5 ml creme de cassis
- 15 ml Tawny port
PREPARATION:
- Add ingredients in a tankard
- Top up with boiling water
- Garnish with a cinnamon quill and/or a dehydrated orange zest.
