
Say aloha to this pineapple pleasure! Myers's Platinum Rum mixed with sugar cane liqueur, pineapple puree and fresh lime. Served over ice with a splash of ginger beer...are you ready to luau?
RECIPE
- 50 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
- 10 ml Sugar cane liqueur
- 25 ml Pineapple juice
- 5 Fresh mint leaves
- 15 ml Lime
- 50 ml ginger beer
PREPARATION:
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Shake well
- Strain into an ice filled collins glass
- Top with the ginger beer/soda
- Garnish with a pineapple spear and/or lime.
