Pineapple Mojito

Say aloha to this pineapple pleasure! Myers's Platinum Rum mixed with sugar cane liqueur, pineapple puree and fresh lime. Served over ice with a splash of ginger beer...are you ready to luau?

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
  • 10 ml Sugar cane liqueur
  • 25 ml Pineapple juice
  • 5 Fresh mint leaves
  • 15 ml Lime
  • 50 ml ginger beer

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into an ice filled collins glass
  4. Top with the ginger beer/soda
  5. Garnish with a pineapple spear and/or lime.
