Try this refreshing number from Shaky Pete featuring gin, citrus, ginger and golden ale.

RECIPE

  • 37.5ml Tanqueray
  • 50ml Lemon juice
  • 50ml Ginger syrup
  • 200ml Guinness Golden Ale

PREPARATION

  1. Add the Tanqueray, lemon and ginger syrup to a shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake to mix
  3. Fine strain into a Tankard
  4. Top with golden ale and serve.

Alcohol content: 19.8g per serve.
