
Gordon's Sloe Gin is shaken with rosewater and blueberries in this fruity, floral cocktail.
RECIPE
- 12.5ml Gordon's Sloe Gin
- 12.5ml Rose Water
- 12.5ml Lime Juice
- 8 Blueberries
- 50ml Champagne
- Orange horsesneck
- Champagne flute
- No ice
PREPARATION
- Muddle the blueberries in a cocktail shaker, add Sloe Gin, Rose Water, Lime Juice and fill with ice
- Shake to mix, double strain into a flute, add Champagne, garnish and serve.
Alcohol content: 8.8g per serve.
