
This twist on the classic Tom Collins recipe is made with Smirnoff Red and apple juice for extra sweetness.
RECIPE
- 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
- 15ml lemon juice
- 85ml apple juice
- Splash of soda or tonic
- Apple slice/Rosemary sprigs
- Rocks glass
- Cubed ice
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with cubed ice
- Garnish and serve.
