Talisker Toffee Apple

A delicious twist on a fairground classic, Talisker 10 is complemented with toffee and apple flavours.

RECIPE

  • 50ml Talisker 10
  • 15ml Caramel syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 25ml Apple juice (clear)
  • Apple slice, coated in brown sugar and caramelised with a mini blowtorch
  • Rocks glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass full with ice
  2. Stir to mix
  3. Garnish and serve.
