A delicious twist on a fairground classic, Talisker 10 is complemented with toffee and apple flavours.
RECIPE
- 50ml Talisker 10
- 15ml Caramel syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 25ml Apple juice (clear)
- Apple slice, coated in brown sugar and caramelised with a mini blowtorch
- Rocks glass
- Cubed ice
PREPARATION
- Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass full with ice
- Stir to mix
- Garnish and serve.
