
This retro tipple is flippin' brilliant! A combo of Tanqueray London Dry Gin, almond liqueur, cream, one egg and cinnamon clove bitters. Served shaken on the rocks...the ultimate cool n' creamy cocktail!
RECIPE
- 50 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 15 ml Almond liqueur
- 25 ml Cream
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 1 Egg
- 5 Dashes cinnamon clove bitters
PREPARATION:
- Shake all ingredients without ice to aerate the egg
- Add ice
- Shake
- Strain
- Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
