45ml Bundaberg Small Batch Rum

120ml Ginger Beer

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

2  Lime Wedge (Garnish).

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1  Tongs

method

  1. Build in an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

History of the Drink

The Dark & Stormy is a mixed drink traditionally made with rum and ginger beer and lime juice. It's claimed to have originated in Bermuda, and the first recorded recipe was in ‘The Gentleman's Table Guide’ in 1806.
