Ingredients

50ml Captain Morgan White Rum

25ml Lemonade

10ml Orgeat Syrup

25ml Cherry Purée

10ml Lime Juice

1  Lime Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lime Twist.
