Three Summers

Together with popular Ghanaian spices, lime and Tanqueray for this African cocktail creation.

Ornella Cadasse's Three Summers cocktail.


  • 50ml

    Tanqueray London Dry Gin

  • 3

    Chilies (green, red and dry chilies)

  • 30ml

    Prekese and thyme tea

  • 25ml

    Lime juice

  • 1

    Rosemary sprig

  • 1

    White sugar

  • 1

    Pinch of chilli flakes (garnish)

  • 1

    Pinch of chilli pepper (garnish)

    Coupe or martini glass




    3 Chillies Syrup recipe

    1. Add all three chillies (green, red and dry) in a saucepan.
    2. Add same part sugar.
    3. Add same part water.
    4. Once boiling, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
    5. Bottle the mixture.

    Prekese Tea

    1. Cut prekese and rosemary sprigs into sections.
    2. Add the pieces to boiling water and let it steep.

    Cocktail preparation

    1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker.
    2. Add the ice and shake.
    3. Double Strain it and pour it into a coupe
    4. Garnish it with some chili flakes and a chilli pepper.
