This delicious Baileys cocktail is rich, smooth and creamy, with a frothy finish and a delightful coffee kick

Recipe

  • 1.5 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Smirnoff
  • 1 oz. Espresso
  • 3 coffee beans
  • Martini/Coupette glass
  • No ice

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a martini glass.
  2. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
  3. Enjoy!
