An American twist on the classic Tom Collins with Bulleit bourbon.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Sugar syrup
  • Top with soda
  • Orange slice and cherry
  • Highball glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add the bourbon, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker full of ice
  2. Shake to mix
  3. Strain into a highball glass
  4. Top up with soda
  5. Stir, garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 0.5 fluid oz. per serve.
