Take a quick trip to the Caribbean with this exotic libation! Zacapa Centenario 23 Rum with fresh lime, simple syrup, bitters and Pom Coconut over ice...sip and savour, life is good!

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Zacapa Centenario 23 Rum
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 25 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 70 ml Pom Coconut
  • 1 Dash bitters

PREPARATION:

  1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass
  2. Add ice and shake until chilled
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice
  4. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
