Buck's Fizz

A refreshing cocktail which combines  fresh orange juice with champagne. 

Recipe

  • 80ml fresh orange juice
  • 40ml chilled  champagne

Preparation:

  1. Add two parts orange juice to a champagne flute
  2. Add  one part chilled champagne
  3. Stir with a bar spoon
  4. Serve.

Alcohol content: 5g per serve
