An excellent variation of a Manhatten cocktail. 

Recipe

  • 50ml Bulleit Bourbon
  • 10ml Sweet vermouth
  • 10ml Dry vermouth
  • 1-2 Dashes Angostura bitters

Preparation:

  1. Add ice into a mixing jug
  2. Chill a cocktail glass and set to the side
  3. Stir the ice in the mixing jug and strain the water 
  4. Add Sweet vermouth, Dry vermouth, Bulleit Bourbon and Angostura bitter and stir well
  5. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass
  6. Prepare a lemon Peel and twist over the cocktail glass. Serve.
