Bulleit Rye Blinker

A vintage tipple from the 30s! Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey mixed with raspberry liqueur, grapefruit juice and fresh lemon. Served shaken over ice...this is one sweet'n'sassy sipper!

RECIPE

  • 35 ml Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey
  • 15 ml Raspberry liqueur
  • 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 50 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml Simple syrup

PREPARATION:

  1. In an ice filled shaker combine all the ingredients
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
