Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, Campari and pineapple juice mix to make a drink that bursts with tropical flavours.
- 50ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
- 20ml Campari
- 15ml demerara syrup
- 50ml fresh pineapple juice
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- Pineapple wedge to garnish
- Add a couple of cubes of ice to a short glass.
- Combine the Captain Morgan, Campari, sugar syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice to the glass and stir.
- Finish off with a wedge of pineapple to garnish.
