
Tanqueray is shaken with lemon and raspberry in this delicious, fruity classic.
RECIPE
- 50ml Tanqueray Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Raspberry Syrup
- 25ml Pasteurized egg white (or 1 small fresh egg white)
- 2 fresh raspberries
- Martini Glass
- No ice
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake hard to mix and emulsify the egg white
- Double strain into a martini glass
- Garnish and serve.
