Tanqueray is shaken with lemon and raspberry in this delicious, fruity classic.


  • 50ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 25ml Pasteurized egg white (or 1 small fresh egg white)
  • 2 fresh raspberries
  • Martini Glass
  • No ice


  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake hard to mix and emulsify the egg white
  3. Double strain into a martini glass
  4. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 17g per serve.
