    Tanqueray No.Ten

  • 25ml

    Lemon Juice

  • 25ml

    Ginger and Lemongrass Cordial

  • 50ml

    Soda Water

  • 1

    Slice Fresh Ginger (Garnish)

    Lime Wedge (Garnish)

  • 1

    Lemongrass Stalk (Garnish)

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Shake all the ingredients except the Soda Water with ice.
    2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball Glass.
    3. Top with Soda.
    4. Garnish with Fresh Ginger, a Lime Wedge and a Lemongrass Stalk.
