- 50 ml Haig Club
- 15 ml Ginger ale
- Top with cold-brewed lapsang souchong tea
PREPARATION:
- Built in an old fashioned glass over cubed (or hand-cracked) ice
- Garnish with two apple slices and a mint sprig.
