The iconic whisky and ginger serve, reinvented with a touch of smoke.

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Haig Club
  • 15 ml Ginger ale
  • Top with cold-brewed lapsang souchong tea

PREPARATION:

  1. Built in an old fashioned glass over cubed (or hand-cracked) ice
  2. Garnish with two apple slices and a mint sprig.
